IE7 History browsing

Last night I noticed something unusual in the Back & Forward buttons on top left corner in IE7. After a while of browsing history had developed, I went in to look for a particular page in the browsing history. As used to, I was looking for a small drop down menu on **both** the back & forward button, but I could spot it on only one of those buttons. It was the forward button. There was no drop down on the Back button.

Is this something thats to be fixed / known issue at the moment? Is this by design to reduce redundancy? If someone from the IE7 team is reading this, pls leave a comment if thats ok.

    We have one arrow that drops, in effect, both lists down. Start IE, navigate forward a bit, and then back one site. Drop the list down… you’ll see the back and forward list, integrated, with a checkmark showing where you are. Send me mail… happy to discuss.
