Often when I have a toothache (mostly in night, when you lie down) I wish I had immediate access to a Dentist. Alas, none of the dentists work at night (except maybe a ER intern who might give you something to sleep!).
Bringo, though not solving the immediate access in night, helps you atleast notify a dentist close to your location that you are in pain.
This is a good use of technology to connect Patients and Doctors, which I feel, still needs a lot to close the gap and provide better access.
Another Chicago based company in this field is Emmi Solutions. Emmi Solutions provides 5 products ranging from Preparing patients for medical procedures to post procedural information. These are good things, using technology to connect people with healthcare information, at their own convenience.
I am sure there are other companies/products doing the same, but these were the 2 that I recently got my hands on.
