Stumbled upon this ’still in private alpha’ startup. The founders have a blog here, which is I must say a pretty interesting narration of young founders going through the startup issues in city of Mumbai.
It seems the team is based out of US (CA) and India (Mumbai). They are in private alpha and are targetting to release the service for Mumbai first.

Our ultimate goal is to create a vibrant online community of people that share the same likes and dislikes; people that are willing to share their opinions to help others; and people that want their voices to be heard.
Right now they plan to get Mumbai’s hot spots and active social places reviewed and have a community built up based on these reviews, which is an interesting service, and can be extended to other cities in India.
Cant wait to get review some of the private alpha material!
